This wine house in Ancenis offers a good way of discovering the wines of the Coteaux d'Ancenis VDQS and their production methods before heading off to visit some of the wine-growers individually.
The building dates back to the 16th century and it was originally connected via a tunnel with the Chateau d'Ancenis. The knights lodging in the castle used it to meet their ladies who lived in the house.
They offer a wine tasting tour where you can sample these distinctive wines. Monday to Sunday 10:00-21:00
