Making natural wines over a small 15 hectare plot, brothers Jean-Maire and Thierry Puzelat produce some lovely Cheverny white and red appellation wines from their vines as well as Vouvrays, Touraines, Pouilly-Fumé and Montlouis from grapes they buy at harvest.
Le Clos du Tue Boeuf is a history that goes back centuries... The first traces of this vineyard of eleven and a half acres (6 hectares barely) located at a place called the Tue-Boeuf, in fact date back to the Montils Middle Ages.
