The vineyard of Domaine de Bablut is located around Brissac in the heart of the vineyards of the Loire Valley. Run by the Daviau family who've been growing in the valley since the 16th century, this domaine is fully organic. They produce some excellent wines.
The estate is now managed by Christophe Daviau, heir to the family tradition. He succeeded his father, Jean Pierre after his studies in oenology at the University of Bordeaux II. True to his heritage in preserving the land and respect for the environment, he enlisted in organic cultivation in 1996.
